1. Q: Is the Spray Gun Cleaner safe?
A: Yes. All BECCA Spray Gun Cleaners are pneumatically operated and
come with appropriate grounding to assure safety.
2. Q: How do I know which unit is right for our
operation?
A: This is a difficult question, since it
relies on many different variables. We
would recommend you speak with one of our specialists
to review your
operation and work with
you on choosing the best system.
3. Q: Are there any codes that must be followed for Spray Gun Cleaners?
A: Yes. If the solvents are considered Flammable and/or Combustible,
you must follow one of these standards, depending
on what is adopted in
your area:
-NFPA 30 Flammable and Combustible
Liquids Code,
-NFPA 33 Standards for
Spray Application Using Flammable or
Combustible Material
-NFPA 70 The National Electrical
Code
or - International Fire Code
4. Q: Is there any special expertise required to operate or maintain
the
Spray Gun Cleaner equipment?
A: No. Simple operator's instructions are supplied. Some systems
require periodic maintenance of the
compressed air filter, flow brush,
and coil hose.
5. Q: Are special containers to hold the solvent in your system?
Are they included?
A: No. Most operations use the container that the cleaning solvent is
shipped
in for both supply and collection.
However, if you do not have these
containers available, you
can purchase them. BECCA has 5 Gallon cans
and 10 Gallon Tanks available.

7. Q: How much clearance is required around the unit to allow for ease of
operation and/or maintenance?
A: Very little is required ... approx. 1 foot will be helpful. We recommend
use of
the flexible duct on the workstations (NEXT
70 & 80) to give ease of access
to the control area door on the top of the unit.
8. Q: Are equipment Installation drawings and instructions available?
A: Yes.
9. Q: How long is the Warranty?
A: 2 Year Limited Warranty ... the longest in the Industry.
10.Q: Are Leasing Options available?
A: Yes! BECCA offers various lease options. Please inquire if you are
interested.
